Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %9 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026
Entry by phone app which was great but being out all day, I worried about my phone battery dying (there was an alternative choice)
Car park was good
Shower was excellent and powerful
Had everything you would need
Apartment was dusty and had to wipe bedside tables and main table before use
Very dark paint so needed light on even in the day
Taking £3 for admin fees to return your booking deposit is harsh

Good location with easy access to city centre, public transport and restaurants.
It is difficult to have a human connection. everything is virtual and when you have an issue it gets frustrating. Prior to my last day at the facility there was an issue with the key app and i was locked out. I called severally to no response until a gentleman walked in on us to assist. The mattress is too soft. we were there for 4 nights and the room was neither cleaned nor the process to request cleaning clearly explain. There was no instructions on how to use to the cooker. Not everyone is familiar with how the systems work
