Very nice location, right at the lake and the city centre.
The rooms are very dull and the lighting’s make it even more dull. No sunlight comes in the room even after opening everything, the mattress was old so it went completely inside.
Breakfuis included but had very less varieties to eat. Only 1 basic bread and 1 cheese and 2 types of salami. Rest is juice and all but not a real breakfast. Coffee was only at par. It feels like coffee but it didn’t affected like coffee

Habitación amplia, personal amable.
Tuvimos facilidad en la comunicación ya que una funcionaría era española. Buena ubicación cercana al lago.
Buena ducha.
Desayuno incluído con poca variedad.
Edificio e instalaciones antiguas, necesita renovación, en cierto modo parecía estar en el pasado, muebles con olor a viejo y habitación con olor a encierro, vendría bien algún aromatizador.
Restaurante bien atendido, la cena fue con pago adicional.

This lovely family run hotel is laid back unpretentious atmosphere. The staff are incredible and went out of their way to help when I had an issue with my rental car. It’s in a brilliant central location with easy access to everything in this beautiful little alpine town.

The location was amazing as well as all of the staff. Check in was easy and parking wasn't an issue. We had very slow internet on the road and made a last minute decision to book here without all the details. The hotel didn't have AC in the room so the windows needed to be left open to stay cool. The room and the hotel are on a major street with traffic well into the night and staring around 4:30 AM. The beds were hard.
Breakfast was fair, again staff was awesome.
I would stay again if they installed AC and updated the beds, otherwise it is just too loud
Bed was hard and the traffic noise is above average. Since there is no AC, the windows need to be left open
