Friendly staff, clean and sparkling apartment
Room size small
No buffet breakfast option

The area where the dustbins are held close to reception, next to the security office should be sanitized at least twice a week as its right where everyone passes and is going to be a breeding ground for pests. The toilet at reception used by security should also be held in the same state that the hotel is.

It’s become one of my favourite places to stay in when I’m in Cape Town. It’s great and at a central location. The staff is wonderful and always provides great service. Keep it up

Location very convenient for shops and restaurants and a block from beach front . Secure undercover parking
Hugo bar and restaurant on 9th floor was relaxed area with great sunset and friendly staff
Room cleaned daily with fresh towels
Aircon in bedroom was good
One bedroom apartment - bathroom was tiny , it served a purpose and clean with good pressure in shower but very small . Photo does not show how small it is
Mattress was soft - this may be to some people’s preference but I prefer a firmer mattress
