I arrived just before 22:30 and there was only the cleaner there, but she was really helpful (she didn't speak any English) and explained one or two things like tricks with the hot water and how everything worked. There was a guy the next day who was a little standoffish, but I guess he was busy - the next day when I returned from the football (the reason I stayed at that location) he was overjoyed with Celik's victory! "Bravo Bravo" with a beaming smile! The other, much younger girl on reception was very friendly and also spoke good English. The room was big, comfortable, clean and perfect for what I needed for a couple of nights. Nothing to complain about.

The soap holders both over the sink and in the shower very completely missing and so was the soap and shower gel. I provided my feedback at checkout. The lady at the reception was nice and funny at the same time. On my feedback she replied: "Thank you, let's what we can do, how we can fix." :-)
