Location

Maybe an extra blanket in the closet

The location, the rental, the comfort of the main bed, how easy it was to work with staff, the kitchen, etc.
All the rules regarding cleaning etc. After spending the amount we did and being afraid to enjoy it with all the extra fees for everything and paying for the cleaning but having to do it all ourselves before departure.

"It's in a quiet neighborhood, a great place to stay, and in the heart of pigeon forge. It's a home away from home"
