The Staff are actually really nice at this place, the location is also really good. Look its loud at times but you can buy earbuds and sleep no problem. The walls don't vibrate as other reviews say but you are in the middle of a party street so if thats what you want absolutely perfect location.
My Electricity went which ment the hot water went, however, once i advised the staff they fixed it straight away.
There is no common area other than a few chairs in the lobby which is not what is advertised, so I didn't do any socialising. If you are looking for a place to meet people this probably would not be the best place.

Staff very good and helpful. Room was quite sizable. Location is really great - super close to the beach and nightlife.
Extremely noisy. You're basically sleeping in a nightclub due to its proximity to all-night clubs/bars. So bring earplugs. Not particularly clean i dont think as a small cut on my arm got infected from the bedding. Price is too high for what youre getting.
