Ideal location as attended function at the pub . Very quiet despite previous reviews commenting on church bells
No cooked food available.

Location was brilliant - just a short walk from our destination. Room was comfortable with very good ensuite. Small continental-style breakfast basket was an added bonus.

The location was lovely. Cavendish is a lovely village and the accommodation is on a village green and next to a medieval church. The location is great for visiting other villages and towns such as Lavenham.
The staff in the pub were friendly. The bed was very comfortable.
The pub is nice. It is cIean and nicely decorated, with a friendly atmosphere and a cosy feel.
The toilet didn't flush very well. A few light bulbs were not working, so the room didn't have great lighting when getting ready.
I was disappointed that the pub didn't serve food.
