Logement spacieux et parfaitement situé (soir de match donc on a eu un petit peu de bruits). Le quartier est vivant, l'emplacement est super. Tout est propre. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs. Communication avec l'hôte très fluide.

Pas d'équipement standard (condiments, éponge, liquide vaisselle, echantillon pour la douche).

Easy to walk to transportation hubs and many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Baixa-Chiado (green and blue lines) is practically next door. The apartment is spacious and well appointed.

Loud at night (yelling, singing) especially on weekends nights (until well after 1 AM) and especially on the stairs running right by the bathroom window and next to bedroom. Construction across the street from about 8 AM (weekdays). Long wait at door of apartment for remote door opening (15 minutes). Lobby (second) door access issues after two days. Customer support automatically assumed I forgot how to open it even after I sent video where the normal “click / beep" wasn’t happening. Met another couple who had similar issues. Multiple code retries (10+) eventually opened the door. The key worked the first night, but not the second night. Try doing this while the lobby light keeps going out after 2-3 seconds and you have to keep "dancing" and waving to bring it back on all the while wandering if you'll actually get in. Broken media remotes (TV remote dead, cable box missing battery cover so batteries kept falling out). They offered to try and replace the TV remote on last day, but by then it was no longer relevant. Hopefully it got sorted out for the next guests. Stinky washer resulted in smelly clothes which then required a separate trip to the cleaners to get them rewashed. White fuzz on the entire left side of the large bathroom counter, probably from toilet paper, so it was never wiped clean. Overall ineffective "Feels Like Home" support who, while polite, automatically assume you are the issue. For example when reporting the shower gel dispenser didn’t work I was told to press harder on it. Was already pressing until hard plastic met hard plastic. It was never addressed. Calls were never answered, just messages through WhatsApp. You need to take all trash with you when you leave and dispose of it outside of the building. Overall not worth it to me.
