The reception was 24hrs so convenient as checked in after 8pm
I experienced a day without water with no warning or explanation. It became apparent later due to a drainage company arriving.

Location, balcony view, comfortable bed.
The toilet got blocked up and it took 23 hours to get a response ( i contacted the agent and the agency and we hadn't put anything down toilet to block it !, that wasnt much fun !), the belt that operates the shutters on patio doors stopped recoiling, so we had to use a broom to hold it up ( this got responded to fairly quickly tbf), only one toilet roll left when first moved in, kettle is temperamental when turning on and off and fridge seal is very weak.
