As the name suggests this is a guest house and ones expectations should be tailored to suit. The rooms are clean and adequate, the breakfast exactly as advertised and both fresh and tasty. Reception staff were efficient, pleasant and all spoke good English. The guest house is convenient for both Tiburtina Railway station (nearest metro as well) and Tiburtina Bus station. There is a good array of shops and restaurants close by in Via delle Cave di Pietralata and one of the best gelato shops in Rome - Gelateria Mamò located at Largo Antonio Beltramelli, 35.

Close to Tiburtina station.
Aircon didn’t work, rooms smelt quite fusty and we stayed 4 nights and despite immediately alerting the aircon didn’t work it took until our final night for us to be moved and the aircon was better but still pretty rubbish.
