Everything about the accommodation, location and facilities was very good and the only issue was the total lack of noise proofing between the rooms. A fault by the developers during construction. Penny pinching which was a big problem. Which needs to be addressed.

Staff was super friendly!! The location was convenient and close to the places we visited. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and the staff kept everything filled and stocked!
Overall, the property could benefit from a little more attention to detail when it comes to housekeeping. The bathroom floor was sticky in one of our rooms, there was quite a bit of accumulated dust/debris in corners throughout the property, and some of the bathroom linens were stained. We also noticed that some of the in-room cups that are normally individually wrapped in plastic were unwrapped and stacked with wrapped ones, which made us uncomfortable using them. Additionally, we found what appeared to be a previous guest’s personal medical device left in a drawer in one of our rooms.

Breakfast was good. Didn’t find decaf coffee.
There was tooth gel in the sink and something that had dripped and dried on the night stand.
