All was perfect. Room very clean, late check-in instructions were detailed.
Social area with all amenities and provide snacks and water for free.
Luggage storage was provided in a different location but for free.
No complaints.

Right in front of roma termini, very convenient
Shower is tiny but it does its job

Super close to Termini train station
Check in is done online with no reminder on the mail to do the check in exclusively online. The online check was a bit long to do. There is no staff present on the facility. The main door was open when we arrived which is supposed to be locked. Also there are 6 stairs to take to reach out to the elevator (with luggages it is very hard to reach).
