The prime location .
Mildew in bathroom corners, broken shower handle fittings, broken lid on tea cups, the cup and saucer still with coffee stains.

Great location. I particularly liked the excellent buffet breakfast.
Free parking included in the booking.com price, but access to the underground carpark is by valet parking only, for which there is a charge.

We stayed for 2 nights, and overall, we had a pleasant experience.
The location was convenient and made getting around easy. The room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant experience overall.
* There was a drainage smell upon arriving at the doorstep.
* It took me a while to check in. I'm not sure what happened, but I was expecting a warmer and more enthusiastic welcome (front desk).
* The breakfast was good, but I don't think it was worth the ₱1,000+ price.
* The guard or staff at the front door didn't help us get a taxi or take the initiative to assist.
* I was hoping for a nice signature scent throughout the hotel. It smelled fine, but not like other hotels that have a more memorable scent.
