The hotel was clean, and the room was nice and comfortable. I am not sure why it is rated a 1 star hotel , it deserves 3 star. Breakfast was also good . Location 15 minutes walking from hotel to the mosque courtyard gate which is ok unless sick or elderly person. As for myself I would take careem bike just 2 minutes walking from the hotel and you can end ride just before the mosque gate. I would buy day pass with 29 SAR and it was free all day
Can replace carpet and some painting on the wall, but it was still good for a 1 star.

Room Service was excellent. Very cooperative.
Rooms were way apart for families, even though we mentioned to have them side by side.

Good size lobby and Saudi tea with dates.
Don't like the idea of going out to a different place for breakfast. Also the shower place was too small for any size person.
