Good choice/selection for breakfast All staff were friendly, engaging and helpful Would have no hesitation staying again in the future Ate in the bar and no complaints
Perhaps explain properly re where to find iron / hairdryer and maybe a little block of soap in bathroom. Not a criticism ,possibly an oversight

Accessible room, no steps.
Super friendly and helpful restaurant staff.
Grab rail in shower and shelf for toiletries would be helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff - breakfast freshly cooked and excellent - great coffee.
Terrible lighting in main bar - sorry being petty.

Not a lot
Most things -scruffy & dirty carpets , staff untrained, took 30 mins to check in as the member of staff didn’t know what they were doing.
Breakfast requested only to be told it was 9.30 on a Sunday!!
Not good when working.
Planned on eating dinner there but it wasn’t very inviting. The bar was poorly stocked & generally poor.
