Villa ROSE, en Sicile, se situe à moins de 10 min de Cefalù (6 km) et de ses superbes plages & beautés architecturelles. Nichée sur les flancs d’une colline à 250 m du niveau de la mer, la propriété est entourée de vieux chêne, de citronniers & d’oliveraies. En plus d’avoir une des piscines (usage exclusif) avec une des plus belles vues de toute la Sicile sur la mer Tyrrhénienne et sur la Rocca of Cefalù, elle est marquée par son élégance. Villa pour 8 pers : 4 chambres avec TV et climatisation et 2 salles de bains et un très grand salon avec un coin cuisine et une cheminée. Hébergement supplémentaire pour les grands groupes dans les cottages à 25m de la villa. Giovanni was extremely attentive and helpful whenever things popped up. I thought this was a great stay for the price given the number of people joining. The view was stunning, the outdoor kitchen and dining area could easily accommodate large groups.My only critique is that upon arrival the house was a bit musty and smelled a bit as though smokers had dwelled in it for a while, but we were able to resolve this by opening the windows and getting air fresheners. For Americans or those accustomed to strong A/C I would say a couple of the rooms’ split units weren’t able to keep it as cool as we are used to in the states. That wasn’t so much of an issue in early/mid June but later in the summer might be difficult for non Europeans.

Giovnni's house is located in a very special spot. The view is breathtaking, and all the amenities are ideal for a vacation. The outdoor kitchen, with its brick pizza oven and large brick grill, as well as the large stone table overlooking the flowers, palm trees, and sea, are particularly well-suited for enjoying the culinary delights of Italian cuisine.The house itself, with its five bedrooms and three bathrooms, is ideal for larger families, and the large pool also offers all the amenities you could need in these temperatures. Some of the technical equipment could use some renovation and maintenance, and it would be helpful if vacationers from other European countries could occasionally watch their own programs on the giant TV. The access to the house is challenging and demanding. However, the house is also very secluded at the end of the road.Overall, a "very special property" where you can truly relax. The support from the house owner, Giovanni, is comprehensive, very friendly, and very helpful with any problems that may arise. Overall conclusion: highly recommended!

It was an amazing stay with my group of friends! Three beautiful houses with great views. The pools are a welcome plus for dealing with the hot temperatures and we used the outside kitchen with the pizza oven nearly every day. With such a relaxed place it was a vacation to remember!

A group of four couples and 2 children just returned from an incredible vacation at Villa Lavander! Everything was exactly as described on the website and the views are even more spectacular—if thats possible. The most important aspects in selecting a vacation location to our group are the outside views, privacy, comfortable outside seating for entertaining, and proximity of fun day trips. Villa Lavander was perfect! We enjoyed traveling to many lovely towns during the day: Gratteri, Castelbuono, Collesano. Least but not last: Cefalù (at a short drive to the villa less than 6 km) was enchanting. Beautiful village full of shops, restaurants and bars. Returned to the villa in the evenings we cooked and enjoy the beautiful outside patio and dining area. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the external kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.Great barbecue, great oven for pizza. Gianni, furthermore gave us wood free of charge.The pool is incredible—even more beautiful than the pictures.Gianni was very helpful to us from the very beginning. We relied on his information for getting around and finding local supermarkets, restaurants, etc. This was our 4th trip to Italy and we all agree that it ranks at the top of our list as one of the most memorable and relaxing vacations. I highly recommend it.
