Locale is great. Very spacious. Well equipped. The following are upgrades recommended. Wifi in remote room not functional, lots of ants, community pool furniture deteriorating, key system is annoying, kitchen and bathroom need upgrades.

Decorated like a beautiful beach home, it is cosy, clean and a great unit to rent. The location is fabulous. Very safe area and close to pool and beach. Highly recommend

Great quiet place in Solana Beach/Del Mar. Spacious and roomy, but doesn't have a view of the ocean. Was generally clean, but everything from cabinets to carpets, doors, cutlery, etc is on the older side and needs replacement. Stubbs Staff is super friendly and helpful. But be aware of the multitude of fees in their agreements - an overkill in my view.
