Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked this for July 4th weekend and unfortunately a heat wave came through NC. Most units DO NOT have AC but thankfully someone came and hooked up 2 AC units for us. It could have used a 3rd unit because the condo is 2 floors and the units were only good for the rooms they were in. Unfortunately, the master bedroom needs one as well but we were grateful for what they did bring. The location is great and the unit was very nice, especially the living room!Just know it can get really hot up there in the summer. Again, thankful they hooked up 2 units! The people at the rental office were terrific and extremely helpful!

The property itself was great. The place was very convenient to Sugar Mountain, well-appointed with furniture, comfortable beds, everything we were looking for in a quick ski trip getaway. The path to the slopes is somewhat treacherous, although it can be done. My 9 year old and I hiked it in the snow. A few maintenance issues like the dishwasher being disconnected from the cabinet and tipping. The stocked kitchen included pots/pans/dishes/silverware/cups. Expect to bring any spices dish soap. We experienced a major issue during our stay and it was resolved with some prodding of the management company, RRR.

Great spot for our family of four to go skiing. Comfy beds and plenty of room, with a short hike to the slopes.Only recommendation I have is to bring some dish soap and an oven mitt.

Great location and condo, walk to slopes, will come back again!
