From first booking, direct communication with Frederich, the owner, was first class.
When we had travel delays, he kept in touch throughout, right up to an hour before arriving at the property.
The property was spotless, very well equipped, a little area of outside space we were not expecting, and a short walk to the shops, restaurants, promenade and pier in Binz. Frederich organised our tourist passes for us which allowed free local bus travel and free access to other local amenities. A great service.
Nothing to dislike.
