The house was beautiful and stocked well. Lots of room and shuffleboard was great! The outdoor grill needed cleaned and had us a little concerned we were going to have a fire. Things to note that you may not think to look for: 1. The house is "plumbed" for gas. No propane tank needed for the outdoor fire pit, but we did have to have a kid sit with their knee pushing the knob or a chair for the flame to stay lit. Same for the grill - it has a timer for the proane. 2. Quiet hours outdoors are from 9pm to 7am due to medical professionals sleeping nearby. That was a rough one for the group we brought. Strange communication in that I had reached out a few times for help but a flurry of messages all came in at 2:15am. I did notice none of them actually addressed the questions I was asking, rather indicating I wasn't getting their responses. I attempted all 3 communication methods. The price increased drastically as we added the number of guests. For a group of successful adult friends, I can see this being a great find if they all split the cost.

Everything was wonderful! What an amazing house!

The location was perfect - you can easily walk the entire town. Everyone walked to different coffee shops in the morning. Also a perfectly sandwich and grocery store right across the street! The size of the house was ideal for our group (9 adults and 8 kids), which is rare. Each adult or couple had their own bedroom with a private bathroom—almost unheard of! The hot tub was the cherry on top.The bunk room fit all of the kids perfectly, and there was plenty of space downstairs for them to play and watch TV. It worked out great because the kids could hang out downstairs while the adults enjoyed time upstairs.Only complaint (not really a complaint since we were super grateful the house allowed us to bring our dogs) is we couldn’t find any dog bowls.We’ll definitely be back!
