Bed was comfortable.

Pillows are too hard and too high.

A great stay with incredibly helpful staff. Check-in was super easy and efficient, as was check-out. The apartment was spotless, practical and very well laid out, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. The location was really convenient. I was travelling with an elderly relative, so we mostly used Uber, which worked perfectly, but I also used the nearby metro when travelling on my own. Buses run frequently throughout the day too. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, supermarkets open late and a fantastic local market within walking distance. It’s a lively area during the day, yet surprisingly quiet at night. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They spoke excellent English and were incredibly helpful when I became unwell and needed to see an ENT specialist. Within five minutes, they had found a clinic around the corner, called ahead for me and written everything I needed on a Post-it in Korean. I was seen almost immediately and had my prescription shortly afterwards. As a foreigner in Seoul, that level of help was invaluable and I cannot thank them enough. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, in a heartbeat!

Honestly, nothing! There is nothing I would change about my stay.

Everything, I loved the cleanliness, modernness, the fragrance as well as the spaciousness of my room. Even bigger than I thought it would be, exactly how I love my accommodation. I felt like in a 4*-5* hotel. The staff was always lovely and happy to help, and thankfully could understand and speak very good English, which was basically the first time since my arrival in South Korea, and in Seoul in particular. Nothing was a problem for them here, everything was always solved perfectly. Also extremely safe. Big thanks to everyone.
