Close proximity to NEC. Trendy. Very clean.

Breakfast wasn’t great, not much choice for vegetarians. Drain in room bathroom was very smelly. Lighting in bathroom could be better

Location and rooms

We wanted to sleep in as check out was 12 am .there was no do not disturb in our room when we got back late and no phone to order so we left it The next morning we were waken at 8.40 am by the cleaning lady then again later and again , 3 times before we left at 11

It was close to the NEC

The long walk next to a lake and lots of trees from the car park. As a woman I would not do that in the dark if I was on my own. No option to park at the hotel unless you’re a VIP. Only a few hangars to hang clothes on. No other storage at all. This hotel has not been designed with women in mind.Hot breakfast was awful. Uncooked hash browns, tough scrambled eggs, unappealing bacon.

The location was fab ! Briliant for the NEC can't fault that. The hotel itself had great decor and outside space and looks over the lake. The evening ,we all enjoyed having three different dishes and you can eat until late , pizzza and snacks after 9.00pm There is parking available. Offers breakfast until ten ( extra cost) . Overall if i wanted to be on the doorstep of the NEC its agreat location and the nights we stayed no outside noise.

The breakfast , there was choice , some mornings looked a little under cooked. The orange juice ahd a funny taste ! maybe just me ! They breakfsat closese at ten, so don't expect much at 9.50 including coffee when on both mornings the machine was having a melt down through use and one being cleaned , when I asked for another coffee i had a reply well we shut in 10 minutes. HMMMMMMMMMMMM ! Coming from a two hour drive , the signage isn't great to the hotel and its drop off and repark about a 5/10 min walk and its at a cost which i think when staying for three nights is an added cost which i did not know until i left! bit cheeky but i got the half price ..................................still 15.00 a night. The staff although pleasent really needed to up there game and some training on the drinks menu would be good. Don't give someone flat prosecco ! Also you pay city prices be warned .
