Location
Elevators of the building are always broken. There are 6 but only 3 are functioning. Takes you 10-15 mins. To wait for elevators.

"Great location. Convenient and easy to access, plus Myrvin replied fast."

MyrVin’s place is cozy, nicely decorated, clean, with basic amenities. The host is generous in providing extras like coffee, tea, dental kit, water, juice, free use of condiments, if it’s AirBnB I’d say the host is a super host. There is an onsite laundromat, grocery, and a number of restaurants for dining. The condo tower is also connected to the SM mall, so everything you need is within reach.
