Waited a bit longer at the reception without assistance.
I love the place cause it's always convenient for me when I visit Johannesburg.

Everything was working. Aircon great.

The staff is good and the service. What you see on the website is exactly what you get to the place. The place is near a shopping Mall called Ferndale on Republic and also near petrol stations
In the Queen Room, the lights are not all working they should fix that issue.

Receptionist very friendly but the aircon not functioning although we tried to call for assistance. Its like they were not properly trained on how to operate it 0r switch it on to function.
This is the second time when visiting and face such challenges
Parking and rooms are well organised and the receptionist very friendly(Prudence)
