Situé sur Ashford Avenue, l'appartement se trouve à distance de marche de superbes restaurants, bars, supermarchés, hôtels et casinos. 15 min de l'aéroport international Luis Munoz, 10 min du vieux San Juan, 40 min d'El Yunque. Accès direct à la plage, piscine chauffée, gymnase, salle de jeux, court de tennis. Sécurité 24/7. Situé au deuxième étage, notre appartement climatisé et climatisé de Cabana peut accueillir 4 personnes. Vous trouverez un lit double dans la zone de couchage partiellement séparée et un canapé-lit double dans le salon. Tous les draps, oreillers et serviettes sont fournis. Nous assurons un ménage léger, ainsi que le changement des draps et des serviettes tous les 3 jours pendant votre s��jour! Nous fournissons également des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage et une glacière! Vous avez accès à tout l'appartement, ainsi qu'�� la piscine chauffée et au court de tennis. We had a great stay and would stay again or recommend to others! The room is small yes, but you’ll want to spend so much time outside that it was actually perfect for what we needed. Host had great communication and answered reasonably quick, which is exactly what you want. Already missing PR!!

Beautiful beachfront condo in San Juan with an excellent location and responsive hosts. The owner and team were quick to address issues during my stay, which I appreciated. Early check-in was also a nice touch after traveling.There were a few hiccups at the start — the bed was missing sheets, fresh towels were not initially available, and the refrigerator was not working upon arrival. Thankfully, those items were corrected fairly quickly. The only issue that remained unresolved was the coffee setup. I asked about coffee filters and was told the reusable plastic filter was all that was needed, but unfortunately it had holes and didn’t work properly, so I wasn’t able to make coffee during the stay.Overall, still a good experience with a great beachfront atmosphere and attentive communication from the host team.

This apartment was just right for two people. It is small, but comfortable (the bed was particularly comfortable) and well laid out. The kitchen is very small, so maybe not the best if you intend to do some serious cooking (which we did not). Note the original balcony has been enclosed and turned into a dining area. This is convenient, but also means there is no private outdoor space (if that's important to you). Everything was clean and the complex was quiet and friendly. Great access to the pool and pool area, and direct access to the beach. The beach chairs and towels in the apartment were a nice touch. Location is fantastic - walkable to so many things. And it seemed like a good value for the price, compared to other accommodations in the neighborhood. We will definitely consider staying here again.

"I recently stayed at KASA Galicia by the Sea and had a great experience overall. The apartment was very clean, modern, and offered an excellent location—it is truly accessible to everything you might need during your stay.
The only downside to note is the parking situation. Although 'parking' is listed under popular amenities, upon check-in, you are notified that there is no onsite parking and all spaces are private. If you are traveling with a car, be prepared to look for offsite options.
Aside from that, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it for its cleanliness and prime location!
