Location was great. Right around the corner from a lot of fun places on Duval. And an easy walk to Mallory Square and wharf area.
Bathroom seemed clean, but had a weird unclean smell. The interaction with property management was slow days prior to our stay and extremely impersonal. It never seemed like an actual person was behind all the emails... and there were a lot, which made them difficult to keep track of (e.g., finding the one containing checkin/out instructions).

Perfect location...if you like the bustling Duval, Mallory Square, marina area. Easy walk to lots of great restaurants and activities. Clean, well-stocked, large apartment...comfortable beds, excellent communication with owner/manager. Had a couple of minor issues that were handled promptly and professionally. Would definitely stay again!
Parking is not included. Must pay an additional $20/day in the lot next door.
