Everything about this place was exceptional. The highlight is definitely the Spa with hot springs and saunas, great to arrive and relax. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Also the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. Highly recommend the place and would come back any time.

Highly recommended with quality facilities. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant and time to relax at the rooftop Onsen spas before our flight home.

Well situated with easy access to the international terminal but also shops and restaurants nearby. You have the option to just relax or can still do shopping and eat out. Loved the open air onsen that is available free to guests and water views from the rooms. Rooms were also spacious and clean with great amenities. Also easy access into Tokyo via different modes of transport.
Nothing, was the perfect place to stay the night before an early flight.
