Près de SIESTA BEACH - l'une des plus belles plages du monde! Assez communautaire, avec PISCINE chauffée et buanderie communautaire. Cette unité est livré avec balcon blindé pour l'intimité et est entièrement meublé. Nouvelle climatisation, Smart TV, WI-FI. À seulement quelques pâtés de maisons des magasins Gulf Gate avec certains des meilleurs restaurants que Sarasota a à offrir.

The only recommendations I have would be to include 2 dish towels and ant spray. Ghost ants are a normal common household nuisance in Florida. I com down 3-4 times a year and so I know to bring spray and I come with airtight containers for snacks or leftovers, so as to not worry about drawing the ants into the home. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I certainly would stay again and recommend the home to my family and friends! We were happy with condition of the condo. Beds were comfortable, facility was clean and had supplies for a variety of cooking. Beach chairs were available with some toys for children.

We had a nice week enjoying the pool, visiting Siesta Key Beach & friends in the area. The place was as pictured & clean. The location is convenient to stores & restaurants. It took us a little while to get used to the busy road & traffic. Communication always prompt.

The overal complex is poorly managed.
