Location, near nature, green trees, we loved to walk and enjoyed it a lot. A combination of green bliss away from monotony yet amidst modernization!! A feel of green forest, and city at the same time with drops of rain. Lovely!!We could walk long distances nearby with pleasure.Many restaurants around, within walkable distance like 10 minutes. Loved the stay. Only the washing machine missing, otherwise wonderful. Cleanliness was 8 out of 10 . But its very beautiful. The terrace top, both night and morning views.

Loose clumps of hair were there at the entrance door of the suite. One bathroom was a bit unclean, had hair lying.

Seulement 6 chaises à la piscine, VRAIMENT INSUFFISANT ! La congestion aux ascenseurs, peut prendre 10 minutes et plus pour descendre. Besoin de demander du papier de toilette après 4 jours, jamais de room service pendant notre séjour

The location. Very safe area and it was easy to call Grab there. Also walking distance [10ish minutes] to China Town, bar street and food street are extremely close.

I have never wrote a single rating in my life, but I think some issues need to be highlighted here. In general, the building has seen better days by to pit it politely. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel can have the current star rating. First of all, the room was not properly cleaned and the biggest problem is that the bed linen was not clean. The air conditioning was leaking, water was ripping. The maintenance staff fixed it quickly, but after that there was some sort of debris coming out of the machine. Windows are so dirty you cannot see the view. Secondly, there’s a smell coming out of the toilet nonstop. If you forget to close the lid, it’s almost unbearable. Last but not least, the staff. Let’s say they are not welcoming to be diplomatic. Rooftop bar staff couldn’t care less, they are busy on their phone and talking to each other instead of taking your order for example. Also, when I found dirt on my linen and I asked for a room change or a little cleaning, the staff member asked for PROOF. Excuse me, is this the Scotland Yard? If I took a close up picture, how should I prove that’s not some other linen anyway? Ridiculous. Learn some manners if you would like to make a living based on tourism.
