The onsen was an absolute highlight of our stay — a wonderful experience! Our corner room on the top floor was perfect, offering beautiful views towards Mount Fuji in the distance. The breakfast restaurant also had lovely views, making the mornings even more enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better — practically straight off the Shinkansen and into the hotel! Despite the railway tracks being directly below us, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was. Train noise never bothered us at all. Breakfast was superb, with an excellent selection and quality of food. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a fantastic location!

The only awkward feature was the bathroom washbasin being positioned right next to the room's entrance door. A rather strange and inconvenient design choice — we couldn't understand the logic behind it!

Couldn’t book a table at the restaurant

The room was nicely furnished.

The hot springs were not hot. Lukewarm and not real spa water. I could smell chlorine and the water made my skin dry and itchy.
