Citadines Namba Osaka

Location is AMAZING and close to everything. The hotel is beautiful inside and out!

We forgot to get his name (he was a thin Caucasian bald man) he worked at the front desk and was really rude when I asked about getting my husband a wheelchair (he had an accident 2 days prior to arriving there). He refused saying it was only to use inside hotel and not to transfer him from taxi to hotel (so how is he to get inside without walking or wheelchair). After our driver spoke to him (or more like yelled at him) he finally said, ok, but only to get him inside, as if I was planning on using their wheelchair to take my husband, who was in massive pain sightseeing with it. We also overheard him being rude to another guest who was asking about breakfast tickets. All other staff members were really nice.

Citadines Namba is a really lovely hotel in an excellent location. My husband and I were in Japan for our honeymoon and the hotel gave us a card and drinks vouchers to use at the bar. The room was quite a nice size, compared to other places we stayed in Japan. It was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was excellent for shopping in Den Den Town, hopping around to various food places and bars in Namba, and there were a few metro stations within 10-15 min walk. We used the laundry facilities there, which were clean and easy to use. I'd definintely recommend Citadines Namba to others staying in Osaka who wanted to be near Namba and good transportation options.

The location was amazing.

The internet was one of the slowest I have ever seen and the laundry facilities were straight up terrible.
