Loved this place. Very quite area. Convenient location right on the beach . Does not have a beach view which was fine because right over the sand dune and you're on the water Whole place was gated which I love because of having a toddler. Room was was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here out next trip to Jax beach.

Great place! Very clean and looks like pictures. Not ocean view but close enough.

Cute place perfect for a beach getaway. We did think it was on the beach directly, however, we did look at many properties. Communication was easy with management company and smooth check in and check out. Steps to the beach very nice. The front door does need repair as it lets light and shakes throughtout the night as if someone is breaking into the place. Simple fix I am sure. Overall - cute quaint stay

Location was great for stay in close proximity to Mayo Clinic. I liked having a secure location with gated entrance to condo. The beach was very close although no view from our unit. The unit was within walking distance to many resturaunts and shops. The air conditioner in the unit did not work well to cool the unit even though there were 3 separate coolers. The vents also would shoot out black material on the kitchen counter and this did concern me. The renatal company stated this was indicitive of the vents needing cleaning that should have been done before this occured.
