Hotel K5

We really enjoyed our stay at K5! The complentary drinks ans snacks were great. The selection of Vinyl Records was also very good! Everybody at reception was very helpful and nice- Thanks for a great stay!

The only thing which was a bit disappointing was the breakfast- just waffles??? No fresh fruit??

Enormous, comfortable rooms with gorgeous design. The staff were very friendly. The level of cleanliness was second to none. The location is close to Tokyo Station, but a reasonable walk to the central Ginza shopping district.

The BIGGEST thing to flag about this hotel is that you are unable to control the temperature in your room. This was a huge issue for us, as we travelled in February and the concrete floors of the room meant we were constantly freezing. There were also renovations happening in the cafe and restaurants which was not communicated prior to our stay, and the opening hours were variable. For these reasons, we felt this hotel was not good value for money and would not recommend to others.
