Friendly host , exceptionally clean, very near to frequent bus routes into Oxford
Very hard to find any fault. The only thing is you need to be careful with the tap in the shower as a slight turn even accidentally will turn the water very hot very suddenly..

A magnificent well kept historic building on the outskirts of Oxford. Walking distance to old town. Lovely staff, a delicious and satisfying breakfast. The beds were comfy and pillows good.
Had to head to Old town for food, would have liked some restaurants or pubs a bit closer. Our problem not theirs.

I have stayed here before and will stay again. Self contained, comfortable and anything you might need to look after yourself for a couple of nights. Received a warm welcome too. Near the bus stop for the bus into the city every 15 minutes. Really handy.
nothing, I was really welcome, safe and comfortable here.
