The apartment is exactly as the photos, great balcony and view. You won't be cold in this apartment I had to turn all the radiators off. Really close to the chairlift.
As the apartment block is quite big it can be a bit noisy from time to time.

Overall, we had a very good stay.
The location is great — close to the gondola in New Gudauri and within walking distance to everything.
The design of the apartment is beautiful, we were checked in on time and the check-out process was smooth and easy. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning.
The only downside was housekeeping — there were no clean towels during our stay and we were not provided with enough toilet paper. There was also no dish soap available, and the sponge at the sink seemed used and not replaced.
Aside from that, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.

"The most memorable thing was a design of the room, in British style. Cozy, insta-worthy, a gorgeous mountain view."
