Ce condo de style maison de ville magnifiquement mis à jour presque comme neuf 2 chambres 2 et demi salle de bain est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre sans souci dans le monde. Entrez au deuxième étage pour un décor frais et un espace de vie lumineux. Sortez sur le balcon privé du salon et donnez sur l'une des deux piscines de la communauté. Rendez-vous à l'étage dans une chambre principale dotée d'un lit king-size, d'un écran plat et d'un autre balcon privé offrant une légère vue sur l'océan Atlantique. La deuxième chambre offre un lit queen size et pour les personnes supplémentaires il y a un canapé-lit en bas. Situé à quelques pas de nos belles plages de sable blanc à Saint Augustine et à 8 minutes en voiture du centre-ville, vous avez une infinité d'options de plaisir.

This was not my first time staying at Sea Place—and it definitely won’t be my last. The property was absolutely perfect: right on beautiful Butler Beach, clean, wonderfully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway.I especially appreciated the beach furniture and cooler that made our time by the ocean even more enjoyable. To pay it forward, I added a beach cart and umbrella for future guests to enjoy—and of course for me when I come back!Thank you for another fantastic stay in one of my favorite places.

Great location- near plenty of restaurants and downtown. Easy beach access also. Perfect for two couples traveling together with one King and one Queen bedroom and 2.5 baths. Would definitely recommend to others and would also book again!

We’ve stayed in a few different places on this property. This one was well decorated, nice furnishing l, master bed comfortable. We did have an issue with the A/C freezing up on the day of our arrival as the previous guest turned them down to 60. The property had someone out to take a look at it that night and someone came again the next day to ensure everything was working. Kitchen is well stocked for pretty much anything u could need. They do have some chairs and umbrella for the beach if u don’t feel like bringing with u.
The property was listed incorrectly though. It wasn’t ground floor or 3 bedroom, which wasn’t a big deal. They do need to correct this though for future bookings. 2nd bedroom has queen bed which kids said was comfortable as well.
All and all a good place to stay, in the future I’d book something else though since the 2nd bedroom doesn’t have 2 twins.

The property was very clean and very comfortable for 2 couples, each bedroom has its own bathroom, it has two lanai’s one has full sun the other shaded. Butler Beach is a very walkable beach, level and hard sand. Checkin was super easy didn’t even need to talk with the property manager. I would stay again. Also it was recently remodeled with new appliances etc. very nice.
