Good location, not far from gondola
Owner should react to customer more friendly

Apartment: it is perfect space for a young family, there are two rooms: sleeping room and living one with kitchen corner. Everything is new and stylish.
Location: spar is close enough, as well as gondola.
Poor sound insulation, but it was a problem for practically all buildings, in which I stayed in New Gudauri.
