Short walk to Dontobori & Namba Station.
The room is clean. I really love the dryer facility in the bathroom where you can dry your clothes.
1 minute walk to 7-11 and family mart.
My kids really enjoyed the time we were in Osaka
Hard to communicate with the staff.
Recommended for s small bin in the bathroom.

Convenient location
Pillows were so flat I had a wry neck for days, blankets didn’t fit properly in cover, rubbish dropoff location locks you out of the hotel requiring a 2-person assist, had to give my private data (incl passport info) to Phillipines 3rd party check-in operator
