Perfect location and staff!

1. Location 2. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options.

1. Some of the staff were quite rude. I was enjoying my coffee after breakfast and doing a little work on my phone when the manager approached me and, in a rather unfriendly manner, asked whether I needed anything else and why I was still sitting there with only a coffee. At first, I thought perhaps they needed the table for other customers, but when I looked around, there were plenty of empty tables available. I ended up leaving feeling uncomfortable, almost as if I had done something wrong simply by taking my time to enjoy my coffee. (Was 9am and breakfast closes at 11am). Later, when I thought about the situation, I realized that I had actually been treated quite poorly. The way I was approached was unnecessary and made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant breakfast experience left me feeling upset and negatively affected the rest of my day. 2. The towels were honestly some of the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. Instead of being white, they had a gray, worn-out appearance and looked as though they had been used for cleaning before being washed and placed back in the rooms. The fabric was also extremely rough and unpleasant to use. If you are planning to stay here, I would strongly recommend bringing your own towels. 3. The bathrooms had a very strong moldy smell, which made the space feel unpleasant and poorly maintained. There were also visible signs of rust in several areas.
