The place is near a grocery shop and has easy access.

To improve the cleanliness of the room. My bed sheet has a black dot spot and seems like an old bed sheet. toilet also doesn't have hot water.

Near to Malacca Town. Also near to famous eating spot like Batu Berendam Coconut Shake and Yong Tau Foo Salmah Gebu. Takes only just a minutes to go to Kipmall (Jalan Jalan Jepun)

Parking spot should have more since many tourists seems to know the hotel. Bomba lift quite shaky upon almost arrived at room level.

Strategic location near air keroh toll. Worth the money, not expensive even on weekend and comfortable with many parkings and secured too

Since the pool is at level ground the lift area are always wet

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There was no dressing table mirror in one of the rooms, only one room had a mirror while the other didn’t. My room also didn’t have hot shower water, whereas the other room did. I informed the person in charge, and they asked me to change rooms, but I had booked a Super Deluxe room and they offered me a single bed room instead. I booked two rooms, and overall, the lighting in both rooms was very dim. Kindly look into these issues to improve the comfort and quality of stay for future guests.
