Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Was also very quiet, not the usual hotel noise of guests coming and going. Only noise was from main road outside but that didn't bother me.
Staff were great at check in and in the bar/restaurant. Food was delicious, and was generous portion. Couldn't fault it.
Breakfast cooked to order, was also a good portion and very tasty.
Located on a busy main road, didn't bother me but could be an issue for a light sleeper.
No car park, but there is a public car park across the road which is cheap (30 cent per hour during the day but free at night after 6pm)
Only real complaint is there were a lot of little flies in the bar/restaurant both in the evening and morning, like fruit flies. Not ideal when trying to eat or drink.

I liked the location and that there was breakfast included. It was clean and the single bed was comfortable.
I think it was overpriced at €130 for one night (Sunday) for a basic twin room, although it did include breakfast. The light through the window was bright first thing. There was some noise/music from outside in the morning.
For the question below, I didn't have any expectations.
