Située à Fontane Bianche (18 km de Syracuse, 71 km de l'aéroport de Catane), la «Villa Sogno sulla Spiaggia» a un accès direct à la plage de sable blanc et fin. L'eau de mer est transparente comme une piscine, et s'approfondit progressivement (convient également aux enfants). Le panorama est magnifique. La température agréable toute l'année et le soleil brille presque toujours. Spécialités exquises de la cuisine sicilienne.
L'appartement climatisé comprend un séjour avec coin cuisine et 2 lits dans un canapé, une chambre avec 3 lits simples (ou un lit double et un lit simple à la demande des hôtes) et une grande salle de bain (avec douche, lavabo, WC, bidet). Par conséquent, il peut accueillir 5 personnes (adultes + enfants de tous âges) pour des séjours d'au moins 7 nuits (du samedi au samedi) et, si demandé par les clients, 2 enfants supplémentaires jusqu'à 4 ans dans des lits d'appoint payant un supplément de 30 EUR par enfant et par nuit.
L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée de la villa et est accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, dispose d'une entrée indépendante, d'une connexion Wi-Fi, de la télévision et de l'utilisation exclusive d'un porche couvert (150 m2), d'un jardin privé (2000 m2), d'un parking privé (2 voiture), douche de jardin.

L'accès direct à la mince plage de sable blanc se fait par un grand escalier en marbre qui relie le jardin privé de la villa à la plage. L'eau de la mer, chaude et transparente comme celle d'une piscine, devient progressivement profonde. Vous pouvez faire des excursions en bateau, du canoë et de la plongée avec tuba. Les transats sont fournis gratuitement.
La température est agréable toute l'année, et depuis la villa, vous pourrez admirer de magnifiques levers de soleil (avec le soleil levant de la mer, à l'horizon devant la villa), de magnifiques couchers de soleil et des spectacles enchanteurs de la lune se reflétant dans la mer (voir photo). Les précipitations atmosphériques sont très rares, et donc le soleil brille presque toujours, permettant un bronzage fantastique et des enveloppements de sable chaud agréables.
Les spécialités exquises de la cuisine sicilienne sont fortement recommandées: pâtes ncasciata (aimées du commissaire Montalbano), pâtes alla carrettiera, rouleaux d'espadon, caponata d'aubergine, boulettes de riz, olives, ricotta, fruits et légumes frais aux saveurs incroyables, sucrés (par exemple, cannoli à la ricotta, cassatine, slush au citron, amande, café).

Fantastic stay in Fontane BiancheA beautiful huge villa situated on the beach, fabulous views and location. Fontane Bianche beach is busy, particularly at the weekends, but at Villa Dream you can relax in the lovely landscaped gardens away from the crowds and access the beach and clear sea from your garden gate.Andrea, the owner was very helpful in providing information and welcoming us to his property. Likewise, Angela the house manager was absolutely lovely and could not be more helpful, including driving us to the local shop for groceries etc.The air conditioning in bedrooms and living areas was modern and very good. Beds were comfy and bedrooms spacious. The villa was very clean and Andrea had arranged for the large gardens to be sprayed for mosquitos before we arrived, as a result we did not get bitten at all, despite sitting in the gardens for many hours. We were 4 friends staying and we had lots of space, including 3 bathrooms. The villa is also very secure.The local 'holiday market' for groceries was a 5 minute walk, and there was a lovely gelato shop Casa della Granita about 4 minutes away. There are 3 restaurants in easy walking distance. La Capanina is about 4 minute walk, the food is delicious and very reasonable, Malafemmina is about 10 minutes, a more up market restaurant with lovely views and cocktails. We would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Villa Dream, it is the best villa we have stayed in.

We are a family of my husband and me, 2 adult children and their partners plus a 2 year old grandchild. 2 of us travelled by train and bus and the others by plane and car hire. Both Andrea, the owner and Angela, the local manager, were excellent with communicating about the property and arranging for our arrival and departure. They are very welcoming, generous and jolly.The house itself is extremely spacious. We had sole use of the property with access to all the rooms downstairs plus one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs. The rooms and beds were large and comfortable and the showers good. The outside is equally spacious with a well tended garden and patio areas in the sun and the shade offering ample space for meals and relaxing. The shower in the garden was fabulous and allowed us to wash off sand before entering the house. A godsend. There is ample parking for 3, or even more, cars.What sets this property apart is the direct access to the beach. It made the holiday. If you're seeking a relaxing beach holiday with the easiest access to the beach that is possible, with space for everybody, this is the place for you.

This is just perfect! It is very private with beautiful landscaping and direct access to the beach.The property is also very secure which was very comforting. The owner and the property manager could not have been more friendly or responsive. The house is simple, confortable and spotlessly clean. The outdoor terrace is spectacular. We will definitely return.

I recently had a great week with my family in this large holiday home with a beautiful garden around the house. The property was well maintained and had a brilliant location right on the beach, which was a real plus. The holiday home was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable. The beach was absolutely amazing! Beach beds were available at the house and in the garden we had an outdoor shower so that we could rinse off after every refreshing dip in the sea. The bedrooms were furnished in an authentic Italian way and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils and the Wifi functioned properly. It was a real pleasure to relax there and enjoy the sun and the sea. Moreover, the holiday home was easily accessible, with a little cafe just 20 meters away, a bakery around the corner and even a beach bar where we could enjoy cocktails and drinks. Also the communication with the owner Andrea was very smooth. He was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Similarly, the contact with Angela, the hostess, was fast and accurate.
Overall, this stay was a place I would love to return to. The combination of the beautiful holiday home, the beautiful garden, the great location right on the beach and the friendly owner and help from Angela made it an unforgettable experience. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with all the comforts and conveniences you could wish for.
