Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checkin was easy. Everything was clean. Having 2 1/2 baths was ideal. Unit was on end near the road so it was easy to pull up and drop all of our stuff off. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach. Wagon recommended if you have cooler and beachchairs. Gas station/stire on corner, very convenient. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Pool was a little warm but very nice to have in addition to beach. Unit itself needed a few touch ups, but to be expected. Front entry area needed a little TLC. Overall a nice place to stay.

The only thing is that we wished this house furnished a BBQ grill. It would have made our stay more enjoyable if we had been able to grill out.

Our stay was very relaxing and worry free. The property had their very care packages that had your basic essentials for washing clothes and shower amenities. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

The first was with a different management company and was so perfect we decided on another visit which will be our last with Benchmark. The necessities for the stay were at a very minimal, even the toilet paper was very sparse. We had lots of bed pillows but no pillowcases to put on them. The kitchen sink had no hot water so when we used the dishwasher, the dishes were still dirty. I called the office and informed them but asked that they deal with it after our stay. The air intakes were covered with dust that could easily be cleaned. I was disappointed overall but believe it is the management and not the property itself.
