Séjournez dans cette atmosphère isolée et conviviale de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains de Beachside Villas. À quelques pas du golfe du Mexique et du lac de l'Est. Passez votre journée à faire du vélo, de la pêche, du crabe, détendez-vous au bord de la piscine ou promenez-vous le long de la plage. Nous avons 2 piscines (1 chauffée selon les dates et la température), des courts de tennis et un jeu de palets. Utilisez notre club-house pour les réunions de famille, les mariages et les anniversaires. Décor de bon goût dans ce condo au rez-de-chaussée 2 chambres est charmant.

Great bottom floor location near the beach and amenities with the pool and courts. Be aware that the closest beach access is private property so you have to go further down which is a little annoying, but the beach was not crowded which is nice for 30A area. Know that bicycles must be rented through the property itself and are cannot be included via Explorie because the property won't let any other vendor deliver. Kitchen and bathrooms had the necessities to get you through with the basics. A few minor things need fixing like loose socket covers and a kitchen drawer that hits the oven door without pushing to the side. Agree with other reviewers that lamps are needed in the bedrooms. Overall nice stay though and host management was helpful.

The first thing we look for is cleanliness. This condo was exceptionally clean, we were very impressed. It’s in a great place, just a very, very short walk to the beach but they have a tram buggy that will take you there so you don’t have to walk. The few interactions we had with the staff were short but very pleasant. Really friendly and helpful people.

We enjoyed our stay. The master bathroom was a little small, but overall the condo was a great place to stay and very near Seaside. The complex was inviting and quiet. The response to our air not working was fast and the maintenance team fixed the problem within an hour. We would stay here again.
