Great home! We enjoyed our stay, cute little community and very short walk to beach and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Home owners were wonderful, checked in with us throughout the stay to see how things were going and if we needed anything

Had 14 people and everyone had a bed. Great size for a large family. My only issue was you need to remember to purchase: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. Laundry detergent, washing detergent, & dishwasher detergent- luckily we didn’t use that much. With that being said we had a great time having everyone together. Distance to beach was not bad. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great time.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful and spacious home. Easy walk to beach and the pool was just a few steps away. Check- in and communication was easy. Plenty of seating in living area, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds was appreciated.

Although this home is beautiful, our week was very taxing. There is a rather steep pitch to the driveway, and not having access to the garage made it necessary to park our vehicles on the sidewalk while loading or unloading everything. The winding staircases also made it very difficult carrying luggage, laundry, groceries etc. My family members were between 70-81 years old, and we all left our vacation exhausted. I must say that the host was very responsive when any issues arose. There was plenty of space in the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. We all enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine of the rear deck, and the beaches of Destin are beautiful! But, unless you have a few people with youth on their side, and no physical limitations this rental is not for you.
