Perfect location

Nice big outdoor patio - three bedrooms and a nicely appointed kitchen. Walking distance to all of the amenities. We were a bit surprised to see no cover over one of the ceiling lights, just bare light bulbs, but the owner said that it was on order. Just a tad bit disappointing for our daughter's big birthday and for the price. Owner responded to our request for coffee for the coffee maker promptly.
Trash, old rugs and a broken fence near the entrance for this lower level unit was surprising and disappointing for the price of the property as well.

Comfortable stay, lots of room for the 7 of us.
Hot water goes quick when taking a shower. For the price we paid for the 3 days, wish it would’ve had a water view from the patio.

The location is perfect, close to everywhere, the kitchen if very nice, all utensils available, in unit washer/dryer is very convenient.
The upstairs unit is noisy one night.
The hair dryer blower doesn't work properly.
