The cottage was located in a secluded but very close location from the town center. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The host was available to answer questions. If ever in the area again, I would certainly stay here.
If following the directions in the booking, note that there is a small blue sign outside the hidden driveway noting the property. Our GPS system took us to the middle of the road about 1/4 mile past the entrance. We found it when we circled back.

Lovely location. Very quiet and dark skies. Easy access to main roads to get to all the good places in the Borders
There was nothing we didn't like. We will definitely go back.

Very welcoming, accommodating, helpful hosts. Very comfortable spacious cottage, with everything needed for a self catering break available. Excellent location, close to Melrose yet very private and peaceful.

Beautiful old cottage - well equipped in the kitchen and very comfy beds
Nothing - be aware it’s about a 20 min walk into Melrose
