Location close to bus hub, train station and Krakow galleria. Old town 15 minute walk.
Little things like some lights not working, no plug for the kitchen sink. Very difficult to find first up after hours, reception/security person was rude and unhelpful. There should be some English instructions on using the washing machine.

Very comfortable, nice and clean. All my stay was perfect here
The city center was at 20 min walking distance.
Everything was good

Very clean, lovely balcony and good facilities.
Could’ve done with an extra duvet for sofa bed.
But not a big issue.

Great location, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The sink in bathroom is not very convenient and there is a weird/bad smell from it (the same goes to kitchen sink as well). The floor was very dirty. probably this is not a big deal, unless you have a 1 year old baby who spends a lot of the time on that floor.
