It was the perfect size for me and had a cute little kitchenette that made it feel homey. I really enjoyed the location and took the bus a few times and with a bus stop across the street, that was super helpful. I had a few interactions with the cleaning staff and they were all super helpful and friendly. I also really appreciated how quiet the building was. There is a laundromat next door, along with a supermarket, and I found both of those to be extremely convenient!

There was an odor that never really went away that wasn't great. I smelled it in other parts of Valencia as well, so I don't think it was specific to my apartment, but it also wasn't in other parts of the apartment building either, so I don't really know what to think.

Great location, easy to find and well equipped

Couple of things need updating or some maintenance but overall a really good property. Close to the main road so if you’re noise sensitive take some ear plugs

I like that the apartment was very convenient to restaurants and taxi cabs.

I got very ill because I did not expect three artificially fragrance plug-ins in such a small living space. There was even a fourth large atomizer that squirted into my face as I walked into the apartment. I have allergies to high artificial fragrance cleaners, and plug-ins… I’m not accustomed to fragrance filled cleaners being used in a public facility. These artificial toxic substances caused my allergies to go into overdrive, and it truly hindered the first two days of my trip. I felt very ill. I realize that this was not intentional on the part of the apartments or their housekeepers, but I hope it will serve to help them rethink their cleaning products and artificial fragrances (just a naturally clean smell with no fragrance would be best).
