Everything! From the land to having so much space for my big family.

The location for our family to meet was great. Easy to find. We also love that there was a trail right there to walk/run/bike. The house was great size for 14 adults and two kids under 3yr.
We didn't like the fact we couldn't use the hot tub. But they do tell you this before hand it just would have been a nice perk.
